The HTPC-5000b is nMedia's latest HTPC case offering. Designed to look good in your home audio rack, the HTPC is a reasonable choice for a home theater PC chassis. The case is constructed from a variety of materials. A sturdy steel frame keeps everything together, an acrylic front portion plate adds a bit of gloss, and the remainder of the case is aluminum to look nice and reduce weight. When purchasing the HTPC-5000b please be aware of the following: 1) The HTPC-5000b supports, but does not include nMedia's 20x2 LCD front panel. The part number for the LCD upgrade kit is PRO-LCD. 2) The Maximum CPU cooler height when using this case is 4.9". The maximum Video card length when using this case is 9.9". 3) The power button on the case is designed to look like an audio knob as you would see on a receiver so that the case better blends into your audio rack. The silver power button on the left side is not an actual volume control. 4) No power supply is included with the case, however it works with standard ATX power supplies.
